Coming Soon - Active CRM Developers Guide

by Will M on 13 Nov 2007 05:39 AM

After talking with several existing and potential Active CRM customers at the OpenForce conference we have decided to put together an Active CRM developers guide.  In addition, over the next couple releases we will make it much easier for you to extend and add additional funtionality to Active CRM.  Our goal is to make it so that anyone who is familiar with building DotNetNuke modules will be able to create modules for Active CRM as well.

The first step will be for us to document and provide samples of how you can add your own control to Active CRM.  The next step will be for us to include an easy way for you to install your modules into Active CRM.

The purpose of the Developer is guide IS NOT to show you how to change Active CRM.  It will be to show you how to extend it.  We want to ensure that you are able to stay up-to-date with all of our releases and do not want to encourage making changes to the core Active CRM database structure.

More details coming soon.

We often invest our time and efforts into new products only to be disappointed.  ActiveCRM, since its inception, has become an integral part of my business.  I am excited to see the evolution of this great product.  I can't wait to add the rest of my business processes and have a centralized management system.

Will, it was great to meet you at OpenForce and this sound great. This would help me intgrate your CRM into our workflow. We have a Document Retrival System that also does document control. This would be a great assest to your CRM. Once again thank you!
