    • Active Social Version: 1.9.1
    • DotNetNuke Version: 5.6.1
I am in the process of trying to migrate user accounts, groups relationship, media, calendar event, etc from a set of custom dnn module to AS. Is there any documentation of example of how to migrates accounts and content? Is my only option to figure out the mapping at a database level or ??

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

We do not really have any supported methods to import content into Active Social from other modules.

I can say that Active Social does not actually have user accounts, they are handled by DNN. Active Social just stores some extraneous information about the users in the dbo.activesocial_User table.

Group information is stored in the dbo.activesocial_Groups, but there are multiple other tables for the groups that hold other information. (members, types, subscriptions, forums)

Events would be stored in the dbo.activesocial_Journal table, as journal items.
