Can "Upload File" option be restricted by user? For ex: Regular registered users should not have access to upload file (doc, pdf etc) in a group but a group moderator might be able to. I have been looking into the community forums for a while but no luck. I found below post in which 'Will' mentioned to modify some settings but could not find these setting in Active Social 1.9.4.0. Please help.
