I am unable to save a new album.  I get the following error.

What button exactly are you clicking on when this error appears?

I fill out the create album form and click Save Album.

I fixed this. The one thing I had done after my new install of AS was copy some of my custom templates. One of them was the culprit here. I had removed something that apparently I couldn't. I removed a table row that allowed users to designate who could rate their photos. Since rating of photos isn't available at all, I didn't think that made much sense to have their. So, instead of removing it, I did a style="display: none".
