On DNN page are two modules:
1. Custom module with Telerik chart.
2. Active Social module with SocialProfile view.

Issue:
Telerik Chart can't load.
Packet GET 'ChartImage.axd' have no response content.

Help

Do both modules work if they are the only modules on the page? For example, delete the Active Social module and see if the other one starts working.

If I delete ActiveSocial module (SocialProfile view) from page, chart module work correct.

I would agree that AS on a page can cause issues with javascript functionality of other modules. It's something I've worked around on my site, but it does seem to be a problem.

Problem solved!

When I put DNN module with chart on site like: mydomain.com/MyChartModule.aspx it works ok, but when I put module on site like mydomain.com/ActiveSocial/SocialProfile/tabid/70/Default.aspx (nested site) handler called ChartImage.axd not work correctly.
I added line: RadChart1.HttpHandlerUrl = ResolveUrl("ChartImage.axd"); and it works ok.
Issue was not related with ActiveSocial module.
