We're having this issue with some users but not all:

we have reviewed the profile settings and all required fields are populated properly. Not sure where to go next with troubleshooting this.

We're are preparing for a semi-rollout demo. Would be good to get an understanding of this issue and resolve it so that updating profile via AS interface could be done. I assume that there is something not quite right on our end but can't identify it.
