I have just upgraded to AS 1.9.3 and still, since the first day I installed AS in 2010, there is still problem with non English characters. I have reported this before.
For example when sending a message between members the subject line does not interpret the characters correctly, the message box does. When will this be solved?

Can you give me an example of characters that do not display correctly? I tested characters such as Õ þ ɘ ڑḏ Ὼ ﺽ ﺴ ü and they work.
