    • Active Social Version: 1.9.3
    • DotNetNuke Version: 5.6.1
Okay so we have got AS errors fixed and I have registered on this site.  When I try to access Support (button on top menu) get the message - WarningYou do not have access to view this tab within the portal.  I am logged in and have AS1.9.3 Ent. Paid for.

When I click any Help button on AS or AF in the Control Panels I get a 404 error.

    What give here please?

    Hi Merv,

I responded to your ticket on snowcovered, but the default date range filter might be hiding it from you. Anyway, if you purchased on snowcovered.com then we ask that you create support tickets using the snowcovered help desk.

Of course, you are completely welcome to create forum posts here instead of, or in addition to the snowcovered help desk.

Ben I thought that we were finished with that ticket, will go over and take a look. Didn't know that we could purchase anywhere else. I read Will's Topic "PLEASE READ THIS FIRST" Also, we prefer that you do not use the Snowcovered Help Desk. So what is it Snowcovered or not? Just trying to follow the rules here.

So how do I get access to the "Support" section on this site?

I have other issues with this purchase as well eg. never got an "activation serial number" is one of them.

The "please read this first topic" is outdated, I will see that it gets updated shortly.

So what is it Snowcovered or not? Just trying to follow the rules here.

I am sorry for the confusion, but for support issues that involve sensitive information or immediate feedback we prefer the Snowcovered help desk. All other support requests can be submitted to the forums, where the community can respond, and others can learn. My response time on the forums is usually pretty quick, as well.

So how do I get access to the "Support" section on this site?

You are currently posting in the support section on activemodules.com

The modules no longer require activation.

Okay thanks Ben. Needs to be some updates to the documentation as well me thinks. I just wrote on the ticket on Snowcovered. You have answered some of my concerns above however there is one on 404 page errors on the links in the AF and AS control panels.

Those links have not been updated to reflect the current status of activemodules.com.
