- Active Social Version: 1.8.3
- DotNetNuke Version: 4.9.5
When I click on 'My Profile' and then click on the 'My Topics' Tab, it does not show my topics it just says "Prefix URL". Even when I look at other users profiles and click on their topics, I see the same thing. Any ideas? Appreciate any help, Andy |

Are you talking about here on activemodules.com? I can see your topics listed under your My Topics tab, but that could be because of admin viewing permissions. Can you logout, then log back in and see if it changes anything. |

Can you upload a screenshot of the problem? The prefix URL is likely referring to AF friendly URLs, but I am not sure why it would say it. Do you have friendly URLs enabled, and are the working correctly? |

There is a setting for friendly URL in the forum control panel, but it is greyed out.
I have friendly urls set up on the site but I can't remember how I did it. I know there was a bit of code that I had to add to make it work properly.
If I remember correctly, it worked even after I changed to friendly url.
I would attach a screenshot, but this forum does not allow for attachments.

The setting will be greyed out if you are not logged in as a superuser/host account. To get it to work you just need to enable it in the control panel, it should not require any code. You should be able to attach now as well. |

Hi Andy, Do you have the forumsrewriter lines present in the web.config? I usually disable them when restoring my live websites on my localhost because they don't work in the setting localhost/website. As soon as I have them disabled in the web.config the selection option is not available in the control panel. Just thinking out loud |

I am not familiar with the forumsrewriter lines in the web.config. Nothing that I can see has changed in my setup. But when I click on the 'My Topics" it shows PrefixURL like the picture. Maybe someone at AM knows more about the forumsrewriter. |

I have this same issue on my site. I also don't see events in my events tab that I've created/rsvp'd too. |

Hi Andy & Donald, Do either of you, by chance, happen to remember in which order you installed Active Forums and Active Social (forums first, or social first?) |

Not sure, would that make a difference. I can find out from PowerDNN, my host. |

I am almost positive I do AS and then AF. I actually asked a question about that here - http://www.activemodules.com/active...ion/#16166 I later posted what I did and noted that all worked fine. I honestly don't remember noticing the Prefix URL. Hope that helps, Andy |
