Is there a way to create muiltiple groups at one time. Maybe an import feature or a SQL script.

It is possible, and I know at least one customer has done it on a large scale. But it is not supported, and I do not know what script he used to perform the task. I can also not guarantee that everything would work correctly, if the groups are not created using the exact same process that Active Social would use.
