The three on the right are Profile property Categories.

    1. Go to DNN User Accounts
    2. Click Manage Profile Properties
    3. Click the name of a property
    4. Click Next
    5. Change the localized value of the category.

Note: DO NOT just change the name of the category, you must change the localized value.

The ones on the left are in the Active Forums localization file I believe.

That should be yet another profile property category. Not sure why it would not have changed when you did the other ones.

Make sure you didn't change the default name of the property or something. It should behave no differently than all the other properties.
