My members list page does not show all members. When I login as an admin, I can see all members but when I login as general member, I don't see some of them. I have tried to look into their profile to see if there's an difference, but cant find any.

My sort column is firstname.

Are your members actively using the website? If you can see when logged in as admin.. and only some are missing.. I'm going to guess they've set their account settings on their profile page to private.

Also take a look at your default settings in Active Social Control Panel for profile visibility.

It is also possible that the users are not part of the specified Community and Member roles.
