    • Active Social Version: 1.9.1
    • DotNetNuke Version: 5.6.1
    Hi:

    I cannot seem to get anything to show up in the user list for AS.  Even when I select the ALL option.  I have verified that there are users with public profiles that should show up but doesn't.  I think I'm missing something simple.

    Are your members part of both the Community and Member roles established on the members page of the control panel?

    Have you changed the "Social View Settings" for the page at all?

    Hi:

    No, the social view settings page have not changed at all - it is using the default settings. And, all members have bot the community and member roles. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Double check the visibility of the users. You will need to go to their profile (view as admin, or as the user themselves) then click My Settings. If the setting is blank, Friends Only or Private, it could cause the user to not show up in the list for some members.
