    Hi everyone,

I'm having a problem with the active social login mechanism. If I click "Remember me" when logging in, the login fails.

Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

    Thanks

Are you getting any error messages in the event viewer? Does it happen in all browsers?

I am not getting any error...

Also, the "Sign Up" button is not taking me to the sign up page specified in site settings. It just refreshes the page...

This issue is likely not related.

Regarding the first issue, can you try using a different browser? It might be having a problem storing the cookie, which might mean the browser security settings are too high.

Regarding the second issue, what does the link HTML point to?

I tried different browsers. I still cant login if I click "remember me".

What is the link HTML? Is there a way of hard coding the registration link in to the HTML?

There is even a login issue here on this site that we are having as well. From the home page, if you click 'Register', you'll timeout and get an error. However, if you got to ANY other page in the site and do it, as long as the Active Social login is not on the page, it will let you log in and regsiter as always.

I'm talking about clicking the login link at the VERY top of this site (the original DNN login found in the skin). For some reason the Active Social module kills the DNN login & register function. You can test it here at this site, or even our test site at http://websterold.schooldesk.net/hs

What's the deal with that and how do we get it fixed?

The register link here works fine for me. Sounds like a browser issue.

Active Social is on just about every page on this site as well.

It seems to be working for me OK on activemodules.com. Rob, there doesn't seem to be a register link on the site you linked to, is registration set to private?
