This may be a theme or layout issue, but on the 'my settings' page, there is no link back to the profile or the manage account page or the edit profile page.  On the manage account and edit profile pages, there are links back to the profile and the other two account pages.

It is the way the _default theme is setup. It shouldn't be that way with the active theme.
