Hi,

I've been trying to enable the leave comment for others to see and leave comments but I'm the only one that can see the text box. 

In the Journal Settings, I've set everything to "Everyone" but the comment text box is only availble for me but not other users.

Please help..

The setting in particular that you need to change is My Settings -> Journal Features -> Add Comments -> Everyone. Make sure you click save when you are finished. Let me know if the setting is not saving.

Also make sure that the journal item that you are commenting on can also be seen by other users. You will need to check the Default Journal Entry Security on the Journal page of the control panel. I recommend that the radio button is set to Default or Everyone.
