I guess this question is more about the PM User Preference (Receive Email Alerts for PMs)  - if they do not have a record in the AS table does it default to true?

I have some users who have never logged on since I installed AS - do they receive a notification for PMs sent to them or do they have to have a record for their user in the ActiveSocial_User table?

I have 1400 records in their but 40k of users - do the other 39k receive notifications or not when they get a PM?

    thanks
