The subscribe popup for the group tab appears partially off-screen, obscuring the checkboxes.  Although users could simply scroll to the right, many of our users won't notice the appearance of the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the browser window. 

I have also noticed this from a fresh install of 1.9.3. My subscribe options display far left and bottom when I click the button at the top.

The notifications popup is also displaying behind all other container modules. Possibly an issue with the z-index of aspopup class.

Bump! Still looking for an answer to the positioning problem. It seems to be in the javascript, as it's always like this when changing from hidden to visible. Just can't seem to find the right script.

Can anyone help??
