Active Social Version:
1.9.1
DotNetNuke Version:
5.5.1
My Group RSS feeds were not updating. And now they are not importing either. I checked and they are created in the dbo.activesocial_Feeds table.
Any ideas?

Do you see the feed in the Feed manager in the control panel? Does it say if the feed has failed? If so, it should also provide an error. There will also be an error in the event log. Make the sure the owner for the feed hasn't changed.

Yes all feeds are healthy in the feed manager. The feeds that already exist are not updating. When they were first entered they worked fine.
No feed errors in the event viewer. When I enter the feed url, it connects to the feed. Enter optional tags and save. Then the activity panel is not updated with the feed. The dbo.activesocial_Feeds table has the new feed record.

Also when I change the visibility of a feed to community members or everyone, it is still not viewable by all members unless they belong to the group.

We are not ignoring clients or customers. It is true that our Help Desk support does get more attention, but I can assure you that we read, monitor, and reply to forum posts as quickly as possible.
With regard to this issue, as Will mentioned, if there was a problem in Active Social, it would have created an error message. Without an error message there is not much for us to go on. Could you give me the address of the RSS feed and I can test importing it? You can private message it to me if it is not a public feed.
Have you tried restarting the scheduled task? DNN Host > Schedule > (unnamed) Active.Modules.Social.Tasks.FeedTask > Update

Ben thanks for the suggestion. It worked and now everything is back to functioning as it should. Much appreciated. I know you guys are busy, but two weeks for a very simple solution just seemed a little long.
