When I try to go into the feeds settings the dialog that says, "The Active Social Feed Manager is currently disabled.   Would you like to enable this feature now?" pops up.  The problem is the dialog box is disabled just like the background (what its on top of) is.  Everything is a more muted color.  I cannot click on the yes, no or X buttons.  How can I enable feeds?

Add these lines to your skin.css then refresh the page.
