Hi,

I have enabled group discussions by following the directions in the user manual.  I created a new group of which a new forum was created.  I go into this group and the link for "discussions" is there.  So far so good.  I click the link for discussions and it takes me into the forum and there is a button to "Add New Topic".  I click this and it takes me back to the groups page, instead of the page to start a new topic.

With this same user logged in I go to the forums page and see this same discussion, and click from that point to "Add New Topic" and it works fine.  Just doesn't work from the groups page after clicking the "Discusions" link.

Any ideas?

I went and added some threads from the forum page rather than from the groups "discussions" page to see what would happen. It worked fine, as I added many threads. I then went back into the group and clicked the "discussions" link and could see the new threads listed. I clicked to view the threads and was again sent back to the groups page.

Obviously I have some kind of permission problem, but I have set the security permissions appropriately according to the manual for the forums. I don't see any permission settings for this type of thing in the activesocial control panel.

I have looked at previous forum thread and did find others who are having this problem, but none that had any conclusions. It seems this function of the groups has a bug?
