Active Social Version:
1.9.1
DotNetNuke Version:
5.5.1
This error appears when some members try and access any social module, most other members seem to work ok. I can't see any difference between the members, any suggestions?
Thanks,
Ben - DotNetNuke

I am not familiar with this error. Can you post the full error message from the Event Viewer? You can remove any identifying information about your domain or server if you want.

How were the users created? Did you import them or otherwise create them artificially? Does a new user, created with the AS or DNN registration work correctly?

Good question, the users were created via a script because the entire site is for internal intranet users only and managed via an Active Directory module. I thought this could be the cause too but other users created exactly the same way work fine, very odd.

There still might be something different between the users that work and those that don't. I would suggest comparing two different users in the database. Select by UserId's from these tables:
UserProfile
UserPortals
UserRoles
Users
activesocial_User
