    • Active Social Version: 1.9.1
    • DotNetNuke Version: 5.6.1
'No Items Found' is displayed in the Activity tab view. You can create a post and it will appear as the latest post next to the profile at the top of the page so it must be recording - help ! DNN version 5.6.2 - not sure if this has something to do with it but I also upgraded to 5.6.2 just before the move, pretty sure things were working however...

Try deleting the module from the page, and adding it again.

Are you using any custom templates on the Profile page?

I made a site copy to my test environment. I deleted the module and added it again. This sets the default theme for the profile view. I am using a custom theme for profile. This was working and I hadn't touched it prior to upgrades. Setting the current module to use the default template also shows "No items found"

If you deleted the module from the Host > Module Definitions page, it is likely that it removed all the content in the database.

I only deleted the module from the page as you suggested. As I changed servers, would the domain names or alias have anything to do with it?

Just removing it from the page should not affect anything in the database.

I am not sure what process you used when you moved servers, but is the content still in the database?

    SELECT * FROM dbo.activesocial_Journal WHERE PortalId = '#'

Run that command in the host SQL menu and see if anything shows up. (Replacing # with the actual portal id.)

Yes all data is in the database table. I can create new posts and they are going to db, just not being redisplayed?
