    • Active Social Version: 1.9.1
    • DotNetNuke Version: 5.6.1
I can't update my profile settings.  I've tried three browsers and there are no javascript errors.  When I attempt to change the settings, I receive a success message, but the database isn't changed.

Are you testing with a user that exists on multiple portals? If so, I have reproduced this issue.

Are you changing the settings on your own profile (the user you are currently logged in as)?
Which setting in particular are you changing?

yeah, I was changing the settings on my own profile as a registered user. It doesn't matter what setting I try to change I get the same result. I tried many of them on different tabs. One in particular though is the profile privacy setting.

I am not sure if you we're part of a similar topic, but do you have Twitter integration enabled? And are you running your site in medium trust?

DanielH, can you create a help desk ticket so I can take a closer look at your settings and database?

I actually have a separate unresolved issue where my Twitter integration settings won't save. And, I am running in High Trust mode.

Please make sure you are running the latest version of Active Social (1.9.2) AND Active Forums (4.3.5) if you are having problems saving My Settings.

Ben was able to recreate this behavior if you have a user shared across portals. We will resolve that particular problem with the next patch. The only other way I was able to recreate the problem is by using Active Social with an older version of Active Forums.

Another update on this. It seems I can save Forum Preferences. I just can't save anything on the first 4 tabs of the profile settings.
