    • Active Social Version: 1.9.2
    • DotNetNuke Version: 5.6.2
Ok have tried this s few times now...

Install modules all ok no errors.
Add AS module to page (yes did install Forums)
    Again all looks good.
Gives me option to set up - select standard - ajax tirl starts and never stops - even after an hour.
Initially tried this on DNN 6.0.0 and thought there may be an issue so then tried on 5.6.2 install - same thing.

I am a long term DNN user but this is first time using AS (have used forums before)
Product was purchased by client and I am configuring/installing/learning and supporting for them.

I have tried repair install - delete and reinstall
I am getting no error messages in event log
I am guessing there is some ajax conflict...

The DNN 6.0.0 is a fresh install the DNN 5.6.2 has other 3rd party modules on it.

Please have hit a brick wall.

I have tried to access the support tab but it simply says I do not have access.
I know the module was purchased by my client but there is not even any message on how to get support.

I simple want the module to install so can see if will meet client needs.

    Help please!

    Are the pages getting created?

Are you getting any javascript errors on the page?

If the module was purchased on snowcovered, you will need to use the snowcovered help desk.
