We just got a message that we have to activate AS so that we still can use it. So we entered the activation key and clicked update and everything seemed find (said "done"). Anyways, when we now open our "profile" page with the AS module on, nothing is displayed anymore. First I thought it might be because we used our Host account to activate. But even after logging out, deleting cookies and re-booting (so that we will be logged in as a normal user) did not work; also showing the profile page of other users does not work anymore.

My colleague just send me some screenshots. Obviously he entered the activation key in the module defiinitions in host menu. So he changed the view control of Active Social, that's why AS is not displayed anymore.

Can someone of you provide a screenshot/documentation:
    1. Where to enter the activation key?
    2. How to change back the module definition for the view control?

Unfortunately I myself cannot access our system anymore, so I have to communicate with my colleague and then ask here.

I don't know what you mean by this.

You enter the activation key in the Active Social Control Panel after you click the About icon.

You need to email your screen captures to support@activemodules.com so that we can provide you with exact details of what to change.
