Active Social groups can be managed on the Groups tab in the control panel. On this page, you can create a new group or view/edit currently existing groups.

In the middle of the page there will be a listing of all the groups that exist on your site.

·         Id – The ID number of the group.

·         Status – This shows if the group has been approved or not.

·         Group Name – The current name of the group.

·         Group Admin – The name of the group administrator.

·         Members – Number of current members.

·         Date Created – The date the group was formed.

·         Options

o   Edit – Opens the edit page for a group. Allows you to change all the properties for a group.

o   View – Clicking this link takes you to the group’s profile page.

o   Disable – Closes the group so that users cannot see or access it.
