Beginning with DotNetNuke 6.0, the jQuery JavaScript library, is loaded on every page within DotNetNuke.  In order to ensure backwards compatibility with older versions of DotNetNuke we have added a control panel option so that the Active Social administrator can choose whether or not Active Social should load the jQuery library.  This is also helpful when multiple modules on the same page are loading different versions of jQuery.
