Welcome Center

The Welcome Center view is a good compliment to any Active Social site. It is not a required view. It will display the users profile picture, a link to their profile and also the number of unread messages in their inbox and alerts. Adding the welcome center to a page also enables the pop-up notifications.
One method for adding this view that works well:
- Create a pane, or select a pane where you wish to display the Welcome Center.
- Add the Active Social module to the page and set the view to Welcome Center.
- Enter the DNN module settings
- Expand the Advanced Settings section
- Enable the "Display Module On All Pages" option.
