Can you change the refresh interval successfully from the control panel?  I can successfully import a feed from my group, but then if I go into the control panel and change the refresh interval I start getting errors in the scheduler history.

What are are good average times to check for feeds in terms of performance?  My goal is to import poker tournament results from my feed from a group and have them update on the site summary.  Doesn't have to be instant, but I definitely would like it to update more than  once a day.  What are your experiences?  Thanks...
