    Hello,

The mail templates contain plain-text and html format.

But each time a notification is sent by email, the format is plain-text, not html. How to specify it to html format? The html format is really usable?

    Thanks.

The messages are sent as multipart messages. This means each email contains the text and html version. In some cases, a mail server may drop the html part and only return the text message. It is also possible that the mail client will only display the text version. The HTML format is being used and all links are clickable in our testing.

    ah ok,
but i can receive some mails in html format like invitations or private messages (with html links).
And i can see in Outlook that the format of all the mails received from the website are in html format.

Furthermore, the link in the invitation is false (cf. my other post)

    Thanks a lot!

    ok,
i found the problem : the templates delivered by default are incomplete. The html section doesn't include href tag, so the link is not clickable...
What a shame: I haven't thought of this possibility before...
