Can someone briefly explain how ratings work?  I saw in the Knowledge Base that

"•Rating: the overall rating of a post determined by the opinions of members who can evaluate a post on a scale of one to five stars."

If a user rates a post multiple times does each click count as part of the rating, or does it recognize that the user has already rated the post?

After a user rates a post by clicking on the number of stars, are they able to change the rating?

Any help with this would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

The way ratings works is that a user is only allowed to rate a post once. After they rate it, they cannot change their rating. What should be displayed is then an average of all the ratings it has received.

The way it's working on our site is - only one person's rating is showing. So the first person to go and rate the post gets their rating displayed. No one else is then allowed to rate the post. Is anyone else seeing this?
