I am trying to require unique display names on my site, but it will not allow because it says  "You cannot enable this feature because you currently have XX users with duplicate display names."  I went through my portal database and cannot fine any duplicates.  Thinking that I had "soft" deleted users with the same display name, I ran the sql script that Will posted earlier this year.  That script reduced the duplicates down to 2 but cannot find these last two.  Does anyone know of a way to display duplicate names?  Any way for ActiveSocial to do that for the admin in future releases? That way the typical noob admin (like me) gets a message that displays the offending usernames?

    Thanks in advance,

    Kevin

I also found this to be the case for my old site. I ran through the code will posted and it showed no dupes, but AS kept reporting there were duplicates. In the SQL database there is a stored procedure that AS uses. It only returns a count of dupes but you can probably modify it to return the names. it's called "activesocial_Util_UniqueDisplayNameCheck"
