Is there a way to throttle the notification emails.  We have 600 users and our hots (PowerDNN) only allows 300 emails at a time to be sent out.  So if all users signup to receive notification when a item is posted to a forum, the emails will overwhelm the system.  Can we configure Active Forum to send out the emails in smaller batches?

    Thank you for your help...Ken

The enterprise edition includes a Mail Queue that performs this exact function. It can be enabled from the Settings page of the control panel.

Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't the Mail Queue only work for posts made directly to AF but not to discussion forum posts made via AS?

That is correct, because posts made via AS are sent using the AS subscription preferences, not the AF notification system.
