My organization uses this software for "working groups" as opposed to more social (Facebook) style communication. Our users could really benefit from edit/delete tools for journal/discussion posts and comments/replies.

Is there a way to customize it to feature edit/delete tools? Will this be available in the next version? If not, I think you should consider it as it would add greater value to the product.

You can edit/delete posts in Active Forums (discussions tab). You may want to consider using that for serious discussions, and use the journal for shorter notes and such.

If you are already using the discussions tab in the group, then you will just need to configure the security to allow all users to delete and edit their own posts.
