Just curious who is already running DNN 5.5 with or without AS. I am considering an upgrade but don't typically go for the .0 release in DNN. Any thoughts? |

Well, This website is using DNN 5.5 and so are my websites without any issues. |
|
I am using the latest AS/AF/DNN available.
Thanks. |

I'm still on 4.9.5 but plan to move to 5.5 for performance and other DNN improvements. |

I'm still on 5.2.1 but, having seen on Gemini that there are quite a few 'major' severity issues in 5.5.0, I am waiting for the 5.5.1 release before upgrading (see details of what is being addressed in v5.5.1 here: http://support.dotnetnuke.com/Issue...8&PROJID=2 |

I guess it all depends on how those "major" issues affect you. Fortunately, they haven't affected our site at all. |

I upgraded to 5.5 and AS 1.8.0 and have not had any problems...at least none that I've noticed..admittedly we don't have a lot of activity on our sites... |

I moved my site over from 4.9.5 to 5.5 a week ago, the only issue I ran into was the learning curve. From 4.9.5 you need to upgrade to 5.4.4 then up to 5.5. I also found I needed to be on AS 1.7.3 and all went well. |

The only real problem that I encountered with 5.5 was on MultiLingual sites. We were using Localization Extensions. 5.5 completely changed how localization worked on our sites. We had to go back and change all of the page hierarchies. That being said, we really prefer the new localization features of 5.5. They make a lot more sense for those sites. |
