I'm trying to create a custom view that will show a users topics similar to what shows up in the "My Topics" tab on the profile page. Anyone have any pointers on how to do that?

We want to be able to show the users latest status updates, forum posts, group activity in a module on the home page after they log in.

We also want to display the activity from the groups that the user is a member of on the home page. Posts in the group, etc...

The Active Social Journal Summary View wouldn't handle that for you?

It doesn't show the topics that the user has created or replied to.

It should if the action takes place in a group. This is similar to the link issue we discussed.

It shows status updates and other group activity, but not forum topics in forums that are associated with groups. The journal summary might work for us for the "group activity" view.
