Is anyone else having an issue with users not being able to Accept/Ignore friend requests in IE8? I've a few users report this. We tried in Firefox and it worked fine, but in IE8 users were not able to Accept, Ignore, or delete the request from their Alerts.

I can not reproduce this. Are you getting any javascript errors on the page or errors in the event viewer? |

Are you using AS theme or your custom theme? If custom try switching to AS and see if the problem exists. I had some js issue in the past and it turned out to be my custom theme related.... |

We aren't getting any error messages. Initially, you think you didn't click anything, but when you try to Ignore or Accept nothing happens. If you try to click on the 'X' to delete...you get the pop up message asking you to confirm you want to delete it, but then again nothing happens. We are using a custom theme, but cannot switch to AS theme as the site is now live. Also, it doesn't happen for everyone....for some users it's working fine. Could it have to do with an add-in the user has installed on their browser? |
