I read through the AS-Admin guide... appear to have it all configured correctly.

How does one "get a profile"???

We have 24,000+ users in our UserPortals table... are profiles automatically generated for these guys? It doesn't appear so.. I only see the Administrator profile... is there a way to auto-generate profiles for them?

Yes. Profiles are automatically generated for any DotNetNuke user when they register. If you imported users you also have to make sure you create the DNN Profile properly as well. You can't just import to the Users and UserPortals tables.

Will, I have made a fresh install from scatch with DNN 5, AF 4.1.9 and AS 1.0.12.

I now need to import a new list of users using DataSprings Interactive import module. What additional fields do I need to include? When you first helped set the site up did you use some SQL scripts to correct the profiles?

    Thanks,

    Duane,
If I remember correctly everything on your site was fine after your import. I think the first time through none of your users were authorized.
