    We are attempting to upgrade from 5.6.3 to 6.1.3 and Active Social breaks in the process, throwing critical errors.  We understand that a patch (1.9.6) is required to address this, but we cannot find the download anywhere.  We are being taken in an endless circle between snowcovered (which no longer exists), The DNN Store (which does not recognize the original credentials used to purchase AS), Active Modules support (which no longer exists at the stated email address), and so on.  This is a very frustrating process, and one that DNN needs to fix ASAP.

    Can someone -- anyone -- tell me where a registered AS user can access the 1.9.6 download so we can complete the upgrade for our customers?

    I need the patch as well please. I tried to send you a PM, but it won't let me. I purchased from Snowcovered. How can I get the patch ASAP, my customers have a convention tomorrow and need to showcase their site and AS is now broken.

    Hi Paul,

    Either create a help desk ticket on The Store, or just check the downloads section there. The file should be available if you purchased recently.

    By any chance, do you have an objectqualifier on your install? I just reported a bug in the 01.09.02.sqldataprovider file. I posted a message in the community forum on how to fix it but the post hasn't been approved as of yet.

    The issue with the object qualifier should have been resolved. Make sure you are using the latest version.

    So I went from 5.6.x to 6.1.3 - and everything broke. I have the 1.9.6 patch but i cant even log into my site to install. Anyone have any ideas? Or do I need to roll back to my back up, install AS 1.9.6 then move to 6.1.3

    Maybe I am overthinking...thanks!
