We are attempting to upgrade from 5.6.3 to 6.1.3 and Active Social breaks in the process, throwing critical errors. We understand that a patch (1.9.6) is required to address this, but we cannot find the download anywhere. We are being taken in an endless circle between snowcovered (which no longer exists), The DNN Store (which does not recognize the original credentials used to purchase AS), Active Modules support (which no longer exists at the stated email address), and so on. This is a very frustrating process, and one that DNN needs to fix ASAP.
Can someone -- anyone -- tell me where a registered AS user can access the 1.9.6 download so we can complete the upgrade for our customers?
