    • Type of Feedback: Something I deal with
    {i posted here as Community Support does not allow attachments..}

    I found another thread on this with an indication that it was not reproducible.. but i can, and do, regularly. Perhaps the timezone-oriented timestamping is at fault? I replied to one email this morning, and i guarantee it was more like about 5 minutes or more and yet i see this below, along with my settings below that:

    ps: can anyone explain to me the logic of having "My Files" in the attachment process? How many times, if ever, will you need to attach pic X into another post? Feedback is telling me my average users do not get it at all.

    thanks, drew..

    simple stuff like this may seem trivial to coders, but i have had a user tell me she didn't like the message and never came back. What can you do? The settings are correct, or seem correct. Very frustrating when you consider any new user might be that magical tipping point user who will become the beacon of your site, telling just the right group of others about the site and that cascades into critical mass. You simply never know.

    With corrections recently to any time-related problem that was not apparently a problem when it was reported (time-zones and the start datetime of a security role), perhaps this none-problem can be looked at from that perspective and corrected? thanks, drew..

    I would suggest creating a support ticket with host access so we can check your configuration.

    this seems solved now after discovering my hosts had incorrectly moved the webserver to a differing timezone without authorization.
