I thought I remembered seeing something about this somewhere in the forums but they are getting big and I could not find it!

On the Members List page it would be nice to have a drop down with parameters we could choose to allow people to search by:

Search by:
Username
First Name
Last Name
town, etc.

and perhaps order the list by 'most active' members. It seems like so many of these sites have only about 5-10% of the profiles where people are doing more than signing up.

This will be available with the Advanced Search Options.

I am also waiting for this kind of search option.
