It would be very useful to be able to set the "From" email address for notifications so that it doesn't use the default DNN email address.

I would like to be able to have my send from "noreply@" because too many people don't seem to pick up on the "DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL" notification.

    Thanks!

I too have found many people (my website users) stupid, just like most of us are to Will and Co. It's easy for us to know (ins and outs) because we created it and expect it to be used it in a certain way but the users don't know that or anything.  Yeah, but when the email says do not reply and you still get the emails; then those users are stupid or doing it on purpose because they don't care.
I am using the latest AS/AF/DNN available.
    Thanks.

We will eventually allow you to specify this. Here is a workaround that I have used for years because many modules do the same thing and do not provide any means for you to change it. Create a bogus admin account with a really long and difficult password. Create the account with your noreply email address. Now make this account the admin for your site. This will take care of the noreplies for password reminders, site registrations, profile updates, etc.
