When using the journaltools rss (feed) import, and an incorrect url is entered, there is no return message advising the enduser to re-enter another url and try again. Need some sort of logic to validate url's.

IE: There was an error trying to import your RSS feed. Please try again.

Tested on AS 1.7.1 on my local install and on ActiveSocial.com with FF 3.6

Tested 1.9.1 and issue still exists.

When entering a feed that already exist, an error message properly displays.
But, when entering an incorrect url, it sits at "Please Wait".
