    • Type of Feedback: Something to think about
Would it be possible to move a post or copy a post to more than one Group? I ask because I just posted one in the wrong Group and had to delete and repost in the proper place.

I don't know if anyone else would find it useful but you would be able to make a post on the Profile page and dulicate it in specific Groups you belong to if you so desire.

Seems it would be good for folks that wanted to make a general announcement to all the Groups they belong to like, "I'll be leaving for K-PAX on Thursday." or something like that.

Nice idea. I've had this request on my site. People want to post one and hit a few groups they belong to. I would think this is something that would be nice to have...perhaps in a "share this" feature on journal items.

Procedurally....I could post on my journal then "share this" and select groups to "repost" within.

Any other ideas on the user process?

Not at the moment but they seem to come as I continue to learn more about the software. I really love this software package though. You guys have done a great job and thanks for taking the time and for the consideration!

Nice idea - yes this would be helpful to group owners, and admins.

Just remembered one. There's no way to edit posts in the Activity or Group section(s). You can delete 'em & start over but you can't edit 'em. Clumsy.

How about adding at least the same functionality there as we have here? Being able to go back and edit a post would be great. In fact it seem like almost a necessity than something that would be spiffy.

HTML would be nice, being able to include a clickable link that opens in a new page would be good too. It's just a pain in the Rumpelstiltskin to have to finish the post I'm creating, close it, then click on Share Link and explain again what the link is in reference to. Silly.

Most links are in reference to or in relation to content being posted. It's great to have a links page but it would be great to keep pertinent links with the subject they are in reference to.

Having said that, again it would be nice to target who sees those links. I might not want the same folks to see my links to serial killer fan sites as the folks in my Sunday school class; call me fickle but I bet lots of folks feel that way too. Just think how many more Congressmen you would get to use AS with that change alone!

Someone mentioned that their members found AS (or was it Groups) to be a bit cumbersome and it's easy to see what they mean.

Same goes for Groups.  We need more functionality in the text editor. Spell checking would be good. If you don't think so I'll post something that I don't create in, then paste from Word. You'd have to be a Windtalker to read it! (Good spot for a wiki link, eh)

Please understand that this is the view from the short bus but there's lots of us riding it.

I could see doing this for notes, but not all journal items.
