    Users should be able to delete groups they created or at least submit a group to an admin for deletion.

    I agree with this part. I don't want a good active group (with potential) get deleted because the creator wants to move on for (good/stupid) reason.
    I am using the latest AS/AF/DNN available.

    Great catch Frozen... I've definitely had some idiot users in the past who would've loved to create havoc for me. So having group deletes as a moderated function would be great....

    Or... even better... just have the groups go into a Recycle Bin... so then if anyone complains, an admin could easily be put back... then change the 'admin' of the group to someone better.
