I've been away for a while so I appologize if this has already come up -

My client has the desire to add functionality that would show a friend's status update on her own journal. In other words, if she was on her own page, and her friend posted a status update to his own journal, that same status update would show up on her journal as well.

Is this at all a possibility, or something that I could somehow do?

As a follow up, could the list of your friend posts a status update, is it possible to make that show up in a list on a different page? Much like the list on the top of www.activesocial.com is, but only showing a user's friends (and only their status updates).

I think we're all hoping that the Latest Activity feeds in 1.1 does this. But AS has not release the documentation on how to implement it yet so we don't know how it all works.

This would be great as an add-on. It would prevent users from jumping to each persons members profiles to see what they are up to. its all similar to facebook

I'd love to get an update on this. Our users would love to see the status updates of their colleagues in one place on their wall.

Active Social is setup identical to Facebook. You can use the Journal Summary for a view of all things relevant to you and the profile view shows only items for your profile.
