It would be nice to have an end user's guide for Active Social along with a Q&A, geared toward the absolute beginner with no forum or social networking background. Perhaps if someone writes one for their site they could post a link to it here so we could build on it.

Some sample Q&A:
I am having problems logging in, what do I do?
I lost my password, what do I do?
How do I update my profile?
Can other people see private information like my address, phone number and email address?
How do I post a link to an newspaper article into my journal?
How long does my added content stay in my profile?
How long will my profile last if I do not log in?
etc.

Great suggestion - we are looking at doing the same. Would be good to share and contribute together on something like this. Although our community FAQ will be in Norwegian, I'll gladly translate and publish as we develop it.
