We all talk about AS talking to Facebook/MySpace etc.. but I want to see AS talking to AS.

I have two portals with AS. One is for newbies and the other for professionals. I would like the newbies move to the pro at some point (where I will provide more features) and copy/import there stuff there. Is it possible?
I am using the latest AS/AF/DNN available.
    Thanks.

Frozen, without opening up a huge can of worms (and more out of curiosity) why two sites instead of levels within one? I ask because I have a client who asked for something like this and I'm trying to justify a single solution...your experience would be valuable.

    Hi Frozen,

I like the Idea but are you talking about cross portals (within the same DNN installation) or cross DNN installations? I am running two sites within the same installation and therefore, the first might be an interesting for me.

Honestly, I have no idea why I am doing this. I have three AS licenses and I have to use it somewhere, right?

Anyways,  my first site is very basic and the second site is kinda "advanced" (At least I like to this so). I just want to make more features available on the "advanced website." Therefore, I want to encourage my members to use the advance website. So I want my members to just import there stuff from the basic website and post it on the advance website without going through the trouble of recreating their profile on the advanced website. Does that make sense?

Also, like we are trying to post/import stuff from Facebook/MySpace, so why not from the other AS website, who is also your competition? (This will also increase Will's sale as everyone would want the latest available build). If I have a competition I can spam that AS website and ask it's members to import their profile to my website (JK.. I am not evil, but you get the point, right?)

I am using the latest AS/AF/DNN available.
    Thanks.
