Hi,
ENH - Option to allow users to select categories when creating group
I looked everywhere in the settings of the AS, but can't find this option.
When I create a new group, I still can't select categories,
how to do this?

Have you created categories? The category list will appear in the second step of group creation automatically, as long as there are groups for them to select from.
